2-year warranty
Every Lunavera fixture is covered for 24 months from the delivery date against mechanical defects and defects in the electrical system — drivers, LED modules, switches, sensors and internal wiring.
What the warranty covers
- Mechanical defects: housings, joints, hinges, rotation mechanisms and mounts.
- Electrical defects: LED modules, drivers and transformers, internal wiring, switches, dimming electronics, motion and daylight sensors.
- Premature LED failure or significant, uneven loss of brightness.
- Failure of rechargeable cells to hold a charge on battery-powered fixtures.
What is not covered
- Damage from incorrect installation or installation against the supplied manual.
- Damage from power surges, incorrect voltage, lightning strikes, or use with incompatible dimmers or transformers.
- Use of an outdoor-rated fixture beyond its stated IP rating, and vice versa.
- Normal wear, cosmetic marks, corrosion from coastal or chemical exposure.
- Accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised repairs or modifications.
Safety note
Mains-powered fixtures must be installed by a qualified electrician in line with local electrical codes. Always isolate the circuit before installation or service work.
Making a claim
Email support@lunavera-lighting.com with your order number, a description of the fault and photos or a short video. Valid claims are resolved with a replacement part, a replacement fixture, or a refund if no replacement is available.
This warranty is offered in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights.
