Prices shown at checkout are final and include UK VAT for delivery addresses in the United Kingdom. Payment is processed securely through Shopify. Discount codes, including bundle discounts, apply as shown in the cart and cannot be combined unless stated.

Delivery timelines are described on the shipping page and are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Our 30-day return guarantee and 2-year warranty on mechanical and electrical defects apply as described on the returns and warranty pages, in addition to your statutory rights.

Mains-powered fixtures must be installed by a qualified electrician in line with local codes. We are not liable for damage or injury resulting from improper installation or use outside a product's stated rating.
