30-day return guarantee

Every item bought directly from this store can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, provided it is unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging with all mounting hardware and accessories.

Fixtures that have been permanently installed, hard-wired, modified, painted or drilled cannot be returned, as they can no longer be resold.

1. Email support@lunavera-lighting.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
2. You receive return instructions and a return address within one business day.
3. Pack the fixture securely in its original box and ship it back.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the returned item arriving and passing inspection. Original shipping is refunded in full when the item arrived damaged or faulty.

For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is carried by the customer. For damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped items, we cover return shipping.

Report transit damage within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and the outer packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
