Checkout, payments and order management run on Shopify. Delivery data is shared with the carrier handling your parcel. Both act as processors on our behalf.

Your cart is stored locally in your browser so it survives a page reload. Shopify sets cookies necessary for checkout and fraud prevention.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@lunavera-lighting.com. Order records are kept for as long as statutory retention obligations require.
