Shipping & delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard tracked delivery within mainland UK takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. The Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and offshore islands can take a little longer.

Some pieces are offered on preorder while stock is being produced. Preorders are charged at checkout to reserve your piece. Our current production batch is estimated to dispatch on 20 September, with 2–4 business day UK transit from dispatch. You can cancel any preorder for a full refund at any time before it ships, and our 30-day return guarantee applies from the day your order is delivered.

A tracking link is emailed as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse. If tracking has not updated for more than five business days, contact us and we will investigate or reship.

Prices at checkout are final for UK delivery addresses and include VAT. There is nothing to pay on delivery.

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we will reship it once the parcel is back with us, or refund the order minus the return cost.
